Return & Replacement Policy

As we manufacture customized products, returns are not accepted. However, in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage in transit (reported immediately upon delivery)

  • Incorrect specifications (from our side)

We will review the issue and process a free replacement after verification.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacements will be dispatched within a reasonable timeline after confirmation.
